We are seeking an ONSITE IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician for Casual Freelancing tasks in your area. If you are interested in contractual work, you will have the opportunity to earn compensation on an hourly or daily/half-day basis. Tasks will be assigned based on your location, allowing you to provide support according to your availability on weekdays or weekends. Your responsibilities will primarily involve L1 & L2 IT/Networking tasks such as desktop support, installation and replacement of hardware components in servers/racks, and offering on-site assistance for remote support needs including console access to routers, switches, firewalls, etc. Key Skills Required: - Proficiency in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management, and support for various third-party applications on Windows Platforms. - Certified in IT Infrastructure Library & Windows Server Administration, with a focus on leveraging programming techniques for various projects. - Fundamental knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, troubleshooting wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues, and subnetting. - Experience in technical troubleshooting across various operating systems including iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices.
