Job Description
You will be responsible for demonstrating solid fundamentals and a deep understanding of IPV4 networks (TCP/IP), Network Routing, Switching, and Network Access/policy controls. Additionally, you should have experience in managing WiFi networks along with WLC and hands-on troubleshooting experience with Cisco Routing and Switching, Wireless controller. Your role will require a good understanding of LAN protocols like VLAN, HSRP/VRRP, STP, VTP, etc., and LAN protocols, with troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and resolution techniques. You will need to provide alternatives for critical issues to meet SLAs and have hands-on experience with BGP/OSPF and knowledge of other routing protocols. Experience in deployment and troubleshooting of WAN protocols, along with hands-on experience on CISCO routers and switches, is essential. Understanding and experience in QoS, CoS, GRE/IPSec tunnels configurations, and analyzing configuration design of deployed networks will also be part of your responsibilities. You should be familiar with various types of WAN connectivity and have a good understanding of MPLS technology concerning enterprise networks. Strong skills in traffic re-routing by understanding deployed network configuration, resolving hardware device issues, switches stacking, IOS/firmware upgrades, cyber attacks, physical and virtual device functionality, SDWAN technology, and end-to-end network traffic flow are necessary.
