Job Description
You will be responsible for managing and expanding the current implementation of our JAMF Infrastructure and ensuring the smooth functioning of the JAMF Self-Service library. Your role will involve engineering, testing, deploying, and managing the corporate image for all Mac OSX devices via JAMF. Additionally, you will be required to test and validate new Apple hardware and provide support for imaging and troubleshooting all new Mac computer deployments. As a Network Administrator, you will be tasked with managing patching cycles and client application upgrades, as well as packaging applications for software deployment to Mac devices. You will need to script to automate administration tasks on all Mac devices, create and manage policies for all Mac device administration, and oversee the Apple Device Enrolment Program (DEP / ABM - Apple Business Manager) for issued devices. Moreover, managing the Volume Purchase Program (VPP) for purchased software orders will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be crucial for you to effectively document procedures, communicate effectively, and actively train downstream support teams.
