As a skilled professional in the field of networking, you will be responsible for various key tasks. Your expertise will include a deep understanding and practical knowledge of Routing, Switching, Topologies, and Protocols. This will involve hands-on experience in the Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance of Switches, Routers, and various Network connectivity Security Devices such as Firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Anti-DDoS systems, Network Intrusion Prevention Systems (NIPS), Application Delivery Controllers (ADC), and Load Balancers (LLB). Additionally, you will be involved in the planning, Installation, re-installation, and configuration of different types of Networking devices at Customer Premises and Data Centers. Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Fixing of Network issues at Customer Premises and Data Centers will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will utilize Network Management Systems (NMS) for Planning and preparing detailed reports for Service Level Agreement (SLA) management. Maintaining an updated Asset list of Network infrastructure installed at Customer Premises, coordinating with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for implementation, troubleshooting, and replacement of faulty devices will also be crucial aspects of your role. Your collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and coordination with customers and stakeholders for network-related issues will be essential. To qualify for this position, you should possess 3 to 5 years of working experience in Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) with relevant switches, routers, and network security devices. Holding relevant certifications in Networking or a degree in B.E/MCA/Diploma Eng/B.Sc will be considered advantageous for this role.,
