Job Details: Tenure: Full Time Experience Required: Network Lead: 3- 6 Years |Associates: 1-3 years Location: Delhi CTC: Network Lead: 15-25 LPA | Associates: 5-12 LPA Job Responsibilities: Digital Community & Networking Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to build and engage online communities. Establish partnerships with influencers, digital stakeholders, and media platforms. Identify opportunities for cross-platform collaboration to increase digital reach. Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders for long-term partnerships. Audience Engagement & Crisis Management: Monitor online conversations and respond strategically to audience interactions. Manage crisis communication and reputation management efforts. Implement engagement strategies to foster an active and loyal online community. Collaborate with the content team to create conversation-driven campaigns. Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in social media networking, PR, or community management for Lead Position 1-3 years of Experience for Associates. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working with influencers, media relations, and brand collaborations. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
