Job Description

You will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy complex web applications using .NET technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and SQL Server. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, architecting scalable and secure applications, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality software solutions. As the .NET Technical Lead, you will be expected to oversee code reviews, mentor junior team members, and manage SQL Server databases, including schema creation and query optimization. You will also be required to integrate frontend frameworks like Angular or React with backend APIs and maintain technical documentation. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, monitor project progress and timelines, and stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance the team's skill set. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API development, along with strong knowledge of SQL Server and experience in leading technical teams, are essential for this role. Familiarity with cloud technologies, frontend frameworks, version control systems, and Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture will be beneficial for this full-time position.
