Kansoft is seeking a talented and experienced .NET Team Lead to drive the development and enhancement of our software solutions. This role is pivotal in leading a team of .NET developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers, providing technical direction and support. Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of .NET applications, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications. Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects, managing resources, schedules, and risk effectively. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide actionable feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, offering solutions and improvements. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation and continuous improvement. Promote a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging professional development and knowledge : 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, managing a development team. Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Proficiency with database management systems, particularly SQL Server. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
