As a member of the Infosys project management team, your main responsibility will be to oversee a Project from start to finish. This includes leading proposal preparation, reviewing project estimations, and gathering feedback from key stakeholders in order to position Infosys effectively and secure the project. You will be in charge of scheduling assignments, monitoring project progress, and providing regular status reports to manage risks and ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will be tasked with coaching and guiding the team, offering subject matter training, and motivating team members through timely feedback and recognition of high performance. Your role will also involve contributing to thought leadership in your area of technology specialization while adhering to Infosys guidelines and policies.
