Job Description
As a .NET Lead with React JS Developer experience, you'll lead a team, architecting and developing .NET applications with a focus on React JS for the front-end, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Technical Expertise Possess in-depth knowledge of .NET framework (including C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API), React JS, JavaScript, and related technologies. Application Architecture Design and implement scalable, robust, and efficient software solutions, considering both front-end (React JS) and back-end (.NET) aspects. Code Quality Ensure high code quality through code reviews, adherence to coding standards, and best practices, and implement testing strategies. Project Management Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements, plan projects, and deliver on time and within budget. Problem Solving Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in .NET and React JS development, and actively seek opportunities for improvement. Required Skills And Experience Programming Languages : Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. Frameworks/Libraries : Extensive experience with .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API), React JS, and related libraries (e.g., Redux, Next.js). Databases : Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases. Version Control : Proficiency with Git and other version control systems. Testing : Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing. Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
