Job Description

As the National Sales Manager at Horner APG India, you will be responsible for developing sales of PLC and HMI products across India. Your key tasks will include determining and maintaining suitable direct and indirect paths to market, identifying target markets and accounts, conducting joint visits with channel partners, interfacing with direct customers, achieving sales targets, and executing sales and marketing campaigns. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in selling PLC and HMI products to the OEM segment and Channel Partners/System Integrators. Your experience in selling through channels, OEMs, and direct customers will be crucial. Additionally, your ability to up-sell by understanding requirements and feature selling will be essential in meeting sales objectives. You should possess application development knowledge to effectively demonstrate the technical aspects of the products. Excellent communication skills, along with an Engineering Graduate/Diploma holder qualification, are necessary for this position. With a required experience of 15-20 years, you will be based out of Bangalore, with extensive travel across India. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with a performance bonus structure in place.
