Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic National Sales Head to lead our sales function across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within premium consumer or lifestyle brands. This role is responsible for driving sales strategy, expanding our premium dealer network, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and officers to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement the annual sales strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Build and expand the premium dealer network to increase market reach.
  • Define and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets at both national and regional levels.
  • Drive sales training initiatives, conduct performance reviews, and implement continuous improvement programs.
  • Resolve escalations and foster long-term dealer loyalty and market presence.
  • Prepare and present sales dashboards, reports, and business reviews for senior management.
  • Utilize data insights to enhance territory planning, market penetration, and inventory management.
  • Lead the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Logistics teams to optimize business growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with international teams on new product launches, pricing, and other strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within premium consumer or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of retail channel dynamics and dealer management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Work Arrangement

  • Location: Thane (Work from Office, Monday to Friday)
