Job Description

Role: NKAM (National Key Account Manager) Geography: All India Reporting: BU Head Trade: Modern Trade (All Chain Accounts) Job Summary: The role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for Account handling, Closure & Execution of TOTs, Negotiations & Onboarding of accounts across India in Modern Trade This includes Secondary & Primary management, Visibility of the product, Distributor management & Team Management. 1. Account Management Availability of all the products in Modern Trade Accounts Developing & Implementation account strategy Negotiation , Pricing & TOTs with the accounts for long term business. Implementation & Tracking all the KPIs at store level (Fillrate, PO Volume, Customer Satisfaction Matrix etc.) Distributor Management ROI of the distributor Secondary Claim management Participation in the festivals to enhance visibility of the brand & revenue generation along with the BAUs 2. Growth Management Secondary & Primary management of the business Quarterly/ Monthly sales progression NPD development &growth CFA management & Sales operation Competition benchmarking 3. Spend Management Chain specific Approach (Format specific) Tradeload Planning to push volume and visibility. Sales Return management 4. People Management Creating healthy work environment across the region Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in the region Work closely with Cross function (CFA/ HE/ Finance/ Marketing & other divisions) Requirement for the role: Minimum of 13 years of experience in sales & distribution (MT) Indepth business knowledge Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
