As a Mutual Fund professional, your primary responsibility will be to explain mutual fund products to potential investors and suggest suitable investment options based on their financial goals. You will be required to proactively call and follow up with leads to convert them into investors, thereby expanding the client base. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial for this role, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Meeting sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis is a key performance indicator for this position. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting clients with KYC procedures, documentation, and investment processing. Staying updated with market trends and product knowledge is essential to provide informed advice to clients. Collaboration with the back-office team for support and issue resolution is necessary to ensure seamless operations. Maintaining accurate sales records and preparing reports will be part of your routine tasks to track progress and performance. This is a full-time position with a day shift, morning shift schedule, requiring your presence at the office located at Homeland City, Opp. J.H. Ambani School, Udhna Magdalla Road, Vesu, Surat - 395007. Working in person will allow for better coordination with team members and clients, facilitating efficient service delivery.,
