As an experienced Murex FO Consultant, you will be an integral part of the upcoming Murex Binary Upgrade project for a large Australian financial institution. The project involves transitioning from the current Murex version 42 to a higher version (V56 or 58), with significant impacts on Collateral, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Ops, settlement functionalities, and modules. Your responsibilities will include contributing to Requirement Analysis in the Front Office space for various projects, understanding business needs, identifying solutions, validating technical options, interacting with Front Office users, and bridging the gap between Business and IT with respect to Murex. Additionally, you will configure the application during implementation, work with the Testing team, follow up with Murex for issue resolution, provide solution designs for the Front-Office area, and analyze P&L differences between the versions. To excel in this role, you must have at least 7 years of Murex Development experience, 3+ years of relevant Murex Front Office experience, good knowledge of asset classes including IRD, FI, Credit, FXD, FX Cash, and Commodities, and experience dealing with Risk, Product Control, or Front Office stakeholders. You should also possess hands-on knowledge of FO configuration, FO modules, analyzing P&L and sensitivity issues within Murex, and organization setup and User Groups / Access Rights. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with MReport / Datamart, preTrade and postTrade workflows, interfaces, and deeper knowledge of the Murex application. Fluency in English (C1 Advanced) is required for effective communication. This is a senior position based in Remote India, India, in the BCM Industry.
