As a Murex Front Office Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and supporting Murex Front Office solutions. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless alignment between technical solutions, business requirements, and industry best practices. You will lead the design and implementation of Murex Front Office solutions, covering various areas such as migrations, trading workflows, pre-trade risk management, market data integration, and trade capture. Collaboration with business stakeholders will be essential to understand trading requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Murex platform. Providing technical leadership and guidance to the Front Office development team will be a key responsibility, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles. Your role will also involve overseeing the configuration and customization of Murex Front Office modules, driving continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with other IT teams and vendors for integration, managing end-to-end project delivery, conducting code reviews, performance tuning, and staying updated on industry trends related to Murex technology. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Murex Front Office Lead or in a similar role within a financial institution or consulting firm. A strong understanding of trading workflows, derivatives pricing, risk management, and market data concepts is required, along with hands-on experience with Murex configuration, customization, and scripting languages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with various stakeholders, and familiarity with financial markets, asset classes, and trading instruments is crucial.
