Job Description
ITI/ Diploma in Electrical from recognized institute. 3-4 years working experience in Facilities Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, Vendors and management. Independent capability of handling shift , shall have multi-skills ( Electrical and HVAC services) Electrical A/B license to operate HT / LT whichever is applicable maintenance staff on all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical & electrical system problems. Determining best method to implement solutions. Evaluating task completion. in preparation & execution of PPM program. Ensure spares and consumables availability for shift operation and maintenance. Tracking of Complaints from CMMS/ and execution of activities to close the complaints with defined SLA period. Ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed during work execution. Update shift logs, check lists, communication reports on daily basis.
