As a Multi-Site Shop Manager at S&PB Retail Ltd in the Wirral area, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our shops, driving sales growth, and ensuring outstanding customer service. With over 120 shops in the North West, North Wales, and Yorkshire and Midlands regions, S&PB Retail Ltd is dedicated to providing fast-paced service and high-quality products at excellent prices. Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating your team, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment. While a background in retail management and experience in a food environment are advantageous, they are not essential. What is essential is a strong work ethic, a hands-on mentality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. In this role, you can expect to work 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and the opportunity to develop a rewarding career in a dynamic and enjoyable work setting. The typical work schedule is 5 days out of 7, with hours from 7:45am to 5:15pm. Most Shop Managers do not work on Sundays, providing a healthy work-life balance.
