We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee , RTR Job Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to general accounting which include: Prepar e variety of monthly journal entries Regulatory Tax and Returns Monitor and report KPIs for Flash reporting. Analysis and performance of financial statements Analysis of production term performance reporting Preparation of Balance sheet Reconciliations Support projects and ad-hoc reporting Internal and External Audit SOX Compliance and adherence to internal control. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting . Experience successfully managing teams to adhere to the month-end closing process is. required. Must demonstrate a proven track record of process improvement and successful cross-functional teamwork.
