As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role will be to address customer issues, diagnose problem areas, devise innovative solutions, and oversee deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing proposals, contributing to the proposal document, and providing insights into solution design based on your expertise. Your tasks will include planning configuration activities, product configuration, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in addressing queries related to requirements and solution design. Furthermore, you will be involved in conducting solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. You will also take the lead on small projects, participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, and strive to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers to support their digital transformation journey. Key responsibilities: - Designing and implementing value-creating strategies and models to drive innovation, growth, and business profitability for clients. - Proficiency in software configuration management systems. - Staying updated on the latest technologies and industry trends. - Applying logical thinking and problem-solving skills while fostering a collaborative environment. - Understanding financial processes for different project types and available pricing models. - Assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending technology solutions. - Demonstrating knowledge in one or two industry domains. - Possessing strong client interfacing skills. - Experience in project and team management.
