About the job MSSQL Lead Job Title: MSSQL Lead Experience: 8+ Years Location: Remote Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced MSSQL Lead to develop and maintain SQL Server databases for mission-critical applications. This role requires deep expertise in T-SQL, query optimization, indexing strategies, and high availability. Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views in Microsoft SQL Server. Design normalized and denormalized data models for application performance. Optimize queries using indexing, execution plans, and partitioning. Implement high availability solutions (Always On, Clustering, Replication, Mirroring). Manage database migrations, upgrades, and security enhancements. Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery processes. Work closely with development teams to integrate databases efficiently. Mentor junior SQL developers and provide best practice guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in MS SQL Server development and administration. Strong expertise in T-SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning. Experience with database partitioning, indexing, and execution plan analysis. Hands-on knowledge of ETL processes using SSIS. Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI. Familiarity with cloud-based SQL solutions (Azure SQL, AWS RDS) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle large-scale databases. Note: The candidate must have a minimum of 1+ years of MSSQL Lead experience.,
