Ideal candidates will have 612 years of overall IT experience, including 34 years of focused work in Customer Service module. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Configure and implement workflows, business process flows, custom entities, and plugins. Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems and third-party applications. Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing CRM applications. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver module-specific solutions. Ensure best practices in configuration, customization, and deployment of CRM systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: 612 years of overall IT experience. 34 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Strong expertise in the following module: Customer Service Good understanding of CRM architecture and customization techniques. Experience in CRM integrations via web services or middleware. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a hybrid work setup.
