Role Impact As a Microsoft Fabric Developer at ViHaze, you'll be at the forefront of our data analytics consulting practice, helping clients transform their business intelligence capabilities. You'll architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric's unified platform to migrate existing dashboards from legacy tools and design new, innovative data visualization solutions from scratch. Your expertise will directly influence our clients" data strategy, enabling them to make better business decisions through real-time insights and advanced analytics. This consulting role offers clear progression to Senior and Lead positions as you build your expertise and client portfolio. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and existing dashboard ecosystems Design migration strategies from various BI tools to Microsoft Fabric's integrated platform Develop comprehensive data solutions using Microsoft Fabric's unified analytics environment Create and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Fabric's Data Factory capabilities Implement lakehouse architectures in OneLake for client data, optimizing for performance and governance Build sophisticated Power BI reports and dashboards with DirectLake connectivity to OneLake Set up real-time analytics pipelines using Fabric's Event Streams and KQL Database Establish data quality frameworks using Purview integration within the Fabric ecosystem Educate clients on Fabric best practices and knowledge transfer for long-term success Collaborate with ViHaze's AI teams to integrate advanced analytics models into dashboards Required Qualifications 3+ years experience in data engineering or business intelligence consulting Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Fabric workloads (Synapse, Data Factory, etc.) Experience migrating dashboards from various platforms to modern solutions Proficiency with T-SQL and query optimization techniques for diverse client environments Strong knowledge of Power BI semantic models and DirectQuery patterns Experience implementing data lake and lakehouse architectures Programming skills in Python or Spark for data transformation Understanding of data governance and security in multi-client environments Excellent client communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience migrating from Tableau, Qlik, or other BI tools to Microsoft Fabric/Power BI Implementation of lakehouse patterns with Delta Lake format Knowledge of Fabric cost optimization strategies for client ROI maximization Experience with CI/CD for data pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions Microsoft certified in DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer) or equivalent Experience with data operations monitoring across disparate client environments Client-facing consulting experience in data analytics projects Projects You'll Work On Migrating Fortune 500 clients from legacy BI tools to unified Microsoft Fabric environments Building cross-functional dashboards connecting operational and financial data for executive decision-making Developing real-time analytics solutions for clients in retail, healthcare, and financial services Creating custom data products utilizing ViHaze's AI capabilities integrated with Microsoft Fabric Our Benefits Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives Professional development with certification support and advanced training Flexible work arrangements with remote options Collaborative innovation culture working alongside AI specialists Exposure to diverse industries and challenging client problems Career advancement opportunities within our growing data practice We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive workplace that celebrates diverse perspectives.,
