Job Description

Location – Chennai( Work from Office)
Notice Period – Immediate to 30 days
Salary - 15 LPA max
Interview Process - 2 rounds of virtual interviews
Experience - overall exp minimum 6 to 9 years
SME  - MS Dynamics CRM exp Minimum 5 Years as Functional Consultant
Added Advantages  - MS CRM with Banking Domain experience

Experience: Resource with more than 5+ years of testing in SIT, UAT, Functional testing,, API Testing Regression etc

Subject Matter - Expert in CRM (Customer Relations Management) application. Prefer MS Dynamics Application

Qualifications: - B.Sc. (Computer Science)/M.Sc. (Computer Science)/MCA/B. Tech/B. E/M. Tech

Experience: - Minimum 5 Years’ of Experience as a Manual Tester in CRM Application, preferably from MS-Dynamics is an added advantage.


Job Description and Responsibilities:

As a Microsoft Dynamics expert, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Quickly understand the needs of our business and help us get the most value from Dynamics Business Central out of the box
  • Provide quality Dynamics Business Central training/training materials across the key functional areas
  • Provide advice/insight backed by real world/project experience and industry best practices
  • Take responsibility for the delivery and success of Dynamics Business Central enhancements and process improvements
  • Stay up to date on new releases of Dynamics Business Central and associated technologies
  • Share knowledge and support other team members
  • Act as subject matter expert for Business Central and its various modules and take the lead in architecting enhancements while supporting the existing implementation
  • Be a go-to person for system configuration, solution design, uptime, and troubleshooting
  • Using your knowledge of business processes and Dynamics 365 Business Central to identify software gaps and suggest alternatives
  • Drive project management and execution that align with business-driven use cases
  • Perform impact analyses of any new solutions/changes implemented to the current solution
  • Move between high-level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of oversight for our implementation


Required Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 7 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
  2. Extensive experience working in Banking and Finance Institutions
  3. Customization and Dynamics 365 reporting through Power Bl is a plus
  4. Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts
  5. Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills
  6. Having existing network of other business central subject matter experts to draw from
  7. Design, Test, Train, Implement, and Support customizations in Dynamics 365
  8. Provide support to reconcile and fix Dynamics 365 BC data, as required
  9. Identify software or service opportunities including training, modules, business process consulting, and development
  10. Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes
  11. Suggest integrations into CRM platforms as needed
  12. Previous Banking Application and software testing experience
  13. Experience with BFSI industries
