Job Description
The ideal candidate should have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, Web Resource Development, API Rest, along with Global Architectural knowledge. As a Lead in the development squad, you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice on technical matters such as development methodologies, frameworks, solution architecture, patterns, flow architecture, and protocols. Your direct responsibilities will include designing and developing components/applications using various technologies and frameworks, working in an agile environment, providing support and mentorship to junior developers, participating in agile rituals, and contributing to developer communities within BNPP Paribas and the wider IT sector globally. Experience in people management would be a plus for this role.,
