At SMSIMSR, you will work in a high-standard, NABH-compliant sterilization unit, contributing directly to patient safety and surgical success. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain MRI scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Prepare and position patients for MRI scans, ensuring safety and comfort. Explain procedures to patients and address concerns to reduce anxiety and motion artifacts. Administer contrast agents safely as per radiologist instructions. Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and patient shielding techniques. Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and referring doctors for optimized imaging results. Maintain MRI equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and schedule routine servicing. Record patient information, maintain scan reports, and update digital archives. Identify and report abnormalities or technical scan issues to the radiology team. Follow infection control and biohazard safety protocols in MRI suites.
