Position Overview: CoverYou is seeking a Motor Insurance Retention- Manager to lead our policy renewal and customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience in motor insurance, team management, and revenue retention strategies to maximize customer loyalty and minimize policy lapses. Key Responsibilities: Retention Strategy Development: Create and execute customer retention plans to maximize policy renewals, minimize churn and cross sell opportunities. Team Leadership & Management: Supervise and mentor a team of retention executives, ensuring they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with policyholders, address concerns, and ensure a seamless renewal experience. Revenue & Target Achievement: Drive renewal sales and customer retention metrics to meet business objectives. Process Optimization: Improve retention workflows, develop customer engagement strategies, and enhance renewal conversion rates. Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution: Handle escalations, analyze feedback, and implement proactive measures to improve customer satisfaction. Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to adjust retention strategies effectively. Reporting & Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as renewal rates, lapse ratios, and customer feedback, and report insights to senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in Motor Insurance Retention with a track record of achieving policy renewal targets. Strong experience in team handling and customer engagement. Excellent knowledge of motor insurance policies, customer service best practices, and retention strategies. Proven ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and improve customer retention metrics.
