Job Title: Mother Teacher Location: Pune Salary: Up to 28,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Industry: Education / Preschool / Primary School Job Summary: We are looking for a warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher to join our school in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for young children. Key Responsibilities: Act as a single point of contact and caregiver for a specific class (Nursery, LKG, or UKG). Foster a close-knit and supportive classroom environment, promoting emotional and academic development. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the schools curriculum. Observe and assess each child's development and provide regular feedback to parents. Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Maintain classroom discipline and hygiene. Coordinate with co-teachers and school staff for events, activities, and curriculum planning. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a teaching or early childhood education role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and nurturing skills. Graduate in any discipline (Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori training preferred). Passion for working with young children and helping them grow holistically. Preferred Skills: Creative teaching techniques and activity-based learning experience. Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach. Basic computer skills and comfort with digital tools for classroom planning and reporting.
