Job Description

Join our Loan Processing Team to play a vital role in supporting JPMorgan Private Banking's mortgage origination, ensuring seamless processing and compliance. Job Summary As a Loan Processing Specialist in the JPMorgan Private Banking Mortgage Origination business, you will play a vital role in managing the processing of mortgage & HELOC applications for our high-net-worth clients. You will have the opportunity to coordinate with various internal stakeholders as well as external vendors up until closing, providing a comprehensive and seamless service. Job Responsibilities Process mortgage and HELOC applications efficiently. Coordinate with Underwriting, Rate Lock, and Closing teams. Ensure complete financial package is received. Handle inter-process changes from clients. Obtain required third-party and vendor information. Secure clear-to-close from quality assurance. Remediate all quality control findings. Submit files for closing per regulations. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Resolve issues that arise during processing. Relay messages to third parties as needed. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Hold a bachelors degree. Work North America schedules. Adapt to Daylight Savings Time shifts. Minimum 2 years in US mortgage loan originations. Communicate effectively with internal/external parties. Understand all stages of mortgage originations. Analyze documents like Title, Insurance, Appraisal, etc. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrate expertise in mortgage concepts. Manage production, work allocation, and prioritization. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Achieve daily production targets consistently. Maintain high standards and process controls. Suggest process enhancements and automations. Organize, prioritize, and manage pipeline effectively.,
