Job Description
Join a veteran Security Seal Manufacturing Company as a Plastic Injection Moulding Unit Supervisor. We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to oversee our moulding operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning, Execution & Workforce Management: Plan daily production schedules, allocate workforce efficiently, and ensure timely delivery of quality products. 2. Management & Maintenance of Moulds and Machinery: Oversee the upkeep, repair, and optimal performance of moulds and injection moulding machines. 3. Development of New Moulds: Collaborate with the design team to innovate and develop new moulds for enhanced product offerings. Requirements: Proven experience in plastic injection moulding processes. Strong technical knowledge of machinery and mold maintenance and graduation from a Mechanical Engineering/Plastic Engineering Based Discipline and/or graduation from CIPET.
