Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for analyzing requirements, proposing, and implementing solutions for Dat Bikes projects. You will be expected to architect and develop shared libraries or frameworks to address complex designs and interactions. Working closely with project members, you will play a key role in design/code review, development, and implementation & testing of software applications. Additionally, you will be in charge of implementing task lists, estimating delivery assignments, and ensuring adherence to functional specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Furthermore, you will be tasked with optimizing Dat Bikes applications for maximum speed and scalability, troubleshooting UI/UX issues, and providing suggestions for improvement. You will also be involved in developing company-wide standards for development processes and performing regular technical audits. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent job experience. Proficiency in Data Structure, algorithms, and Distributed Services is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and judgment are essential. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Mobile Development, particularly with React Native, is preferred. Candidates who have been ranked in the top 10% of their bachelor's degree classes or possess national/international Mathematical, Informatics, Physics, or Chemistry Olympiad medals will have an added advantage.
