Purpose Of Job To think on the mobile app front as a business contributor and revenue generation medium. Initiate new journeys on mobile app for NBFC, coordinate with the apps developer vendors, related business applications and infra team for carrying out the required tasks to make a robust app which can contribute to business Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities Or Duties Initiate, discuss & implement new journeys on the mobile app Accountable for the end-to-end mobile application related enhancements, implementation, testing & management of the app Report periodic improvements with stats of the mobile app to function heads, CEO, CTO and other business functions To be able to understand business requirements, give suggestions and new ideas on the requirements, deal with vendors & make them understand the requirement, ensure timeline delivery, conduct UAT testing, meet production release timelines and provide necessary training pre/post production to relevant stakeholders Should be able to write BRD, review FSD/UD and test the mobile app Required Skills Work experience varying from 7-10 years in mobile apps & innovation Experience on NBFC (lending) domain and knowledge of various mobile app journeys Knowledge of Loan Origination, Loan Management, GL tools, India Stack, NPCI offerings, KYC, Credit Programming language understanding with SDLC Understanding of various Info Sec aspects relate to mobile apps Understanding of Google Play Store and iOS platforms Excellent oral and writing communication skills & should be able to present stats Individual contributor (to begin with) Attention to details on functionality & mobile UI/UX Academics Graduate (Engg.) in IT, CS, from a recognized university Any certifications related to mobile application will be an advantage,
