Skills Required Proven experience of 5 to 7 years as an MIS Executive or in a similar role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred. Readiness to take up HR activities like Onboarding, ELC, audit related and HR OPS activities as needed Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel functions for in-depth data analysis. Maintain and update existing reports with a focus on accuracy and relevance. Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights. Tracker and Report Creation: Develop new trackers and reports based on organizational needs. Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security through effective data management practices. Regularly audit and clean datasets to maintain high-quality data. Collaboration with HR: Work closely with HR for the analysis and reporting of HR-related data. Assist in developing HR metrics and key performance indicators. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management and reporting. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
