Job Description:

We are hiring a MIS Executive to support our data reporting and operational activities at HDFC Bank. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent proficiency in Excel, and a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel.

• Analyze data and generate insights to support various banking functions.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and report submissions.

• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and validate data.

• Maintain MIS dashboards and records for audits and reviews.

• Support the team in operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of banking operations or MIS preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum graduation in any stream (B.Com, B.A, B.Sc, BBA, etc.)

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in MIS/Back Office roles can apply.

• Willingness to work from the Lower Parel location.
