Job Title: MIS Executive Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain complex Excel formulas and pivot tables to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. Database Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the data. Use SQL or Google Query Language to retrieve and manipulate data from databases. Automation and Scripting: Demonstrate proficiency in Google Scripts to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency. Write and maintain scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Reporting Tools: Create and generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support various departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate and timely reports. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and overall data management processes. Stay updated on the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis and reporting. Key Skills Utilize advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, logical functions, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and other statistical functions to analyze and interpret data. Develop and maintain complex Excel formulas and pivot tables to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. Qualifications Bachelors degree . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with data visualisation tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SQL for database querying. Experience with Google Scripts and automation is a plus.,
