Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Your role will involve developing and maintaining automated reports and dashboards using VBA and Python. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights will be a key aspect of your job. You will also be expected to create and optimize data models to enhance data quality and efficiency, supporting the development of data-driven strategies to improve business performance. Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner is an essential part of this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Python for data analysis and automation is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also necessary for effective interaction with stakeholders. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
