Job Summary: Spectra Solar Power is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Coordinator to oversee and enhance our Management Information Systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data analytics, reporting, and system automation to support business decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage MIS systems to support business processes and decision-making. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights and reports for management. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track company performance. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the MIS framework. Collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs and provide technical solutions. Automate and optimize data collection and reporting processes. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring minimal downtime. Manage databases, ensuring regular backups and smooth functionality. Train and support end-users on MIS tools and reporting functionalities. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
