MIS Documentation:Creating and maintaining documentation for MIS systems, ensuring smooth operations and easy maintenance. System Support and Training:Providing support and training to users on how to effectively utilize MIS systems and tools. Strategic Planning:Contributing to strategic planning related to technology and information systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. Process Improvement:Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through the use of technology and data analysis. Key Skills: Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced features like pivot tables and macros), data analysis tools (like Tableau or Power BI), database management systems, and ERP software. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with various stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to MIS systems and data. Project Management: Ability to manage projects related to MIS development and implementation.
