Job Description

As an SMB Account Manager/ Mid Market Sales at Reliance Jio in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to acquire and manage customers, ensuring that set targets are met. You will play a crucial role in generating new sales while maintaining strong customer relationships. Collaboration with the Solutioning team is essential to ensure timely delivery and address any customer complaints following internal processes. To excel in this role, you must possess a background in Corporate sales, particularly in industries such as Telecom, IT, ITES, SAAS, or SI. Your expertise in New Account Acquisition, specifically in a hunting profile, will be pivotal. Additionally, experience in Cloud and SaaS selling is preferred to effectively build and maintain account relationships. Key skills required for success in this position include Negotiation Skills, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Dealing with Ambiguity, and Leadership Skills. Your ability to navigate complex negotiations, analyze market trends, communicate effectively with stakeholders, adapt to uncertain situations, and demonstrate strong leadership will be critical to your success.
