As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to lead the engagement effort in delivering top-notch consulting solutions to clients across different stages of the project - from problem identification to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment. You will be tasked with evaluating proposals created by consultants, offering guidance, and scrutinizing the solutions devised for client business challenges to pinpoint any potential risks or issues. Additionally, you will be expected to recognize change management requirements and suggest a structured approach to the client for effectively managing change utilizing various communication channels. In this role, you will play a vital part in coaching team members, establishing a vision for the team, providing specialized training in your focus areas, and motivating and inspiring team members through timely feedback and recognition of exceptional performance. Furthermore, you will be actively involved in unit-level and organizational projects aimed at delivering high-quality consulting solutions to clients while adhering to the organization's guidelines and processes. If you possess a good understanding of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, strategic thinking, cross-industry thought leadership, knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaborative abilities, industry domain knowledge, understanding of financial processes for various project types, familiarity with different pricing models, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, and experience in project and team management, then you are the ideal candidate to assist our clients in navigating their digital transformation journey effectively.
