Job Description
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing application architecture, writing code, and conducting testing and debugging activities. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving application issues, as well as providing technical support and guidance to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design application architecture. - Write clean, scalable, and efficient code to develop software solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). - Conduct testing and debugging activities to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously enhance technical skills. - Assist in the documentation of software specifications, requirements, and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Microsoft SQL Server. - Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS),
