Job Title: Finance Functional Consultant Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 3+ Years of experience Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance Functional Consultant to work as a Business Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O (formerly Axapta 2012). This ERP system is designed for mid-size to large enterprises, offering robust, scalable, and functionally rich solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, provide functional expertise, and assist in implementation and support activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct business process workshops, liaising with clients to understand requirements and devise solutions. Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Prepare comprehensive Business Analysis documentation (BRD, FRD, FDD, User Manuals, Requirement Traceability Matrix, etc.). Configure and set up Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 applications based on business needs. Map business scenarios within Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 to ensure seamless implementation. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality. Train end users on functional aspects of Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365. Manage change requests (CR) and maintain related documentation. Provide post-implementation support to existing clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O (preferably in a consulting role). Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including GST, taxation, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience in business process analysis, functional mapping, and documentation. Ability to configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 modules. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes. Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Experience in training end users and conducting UAT sessions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,
