Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a MICE Sales professional. The MICE Sales role involves managing client relationships, planning and executing MICE events. The individual will be responsible for customer service, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality event execution. The role also includes training and mentoring team members in sales techniques and customer interactions. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management experience Ability to train and mentor junior staff Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant field,
