The Mice Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating corporate travel arrangements, organizing and overseeing events, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing meetings, incentives, conferences, and events, liaising with clients, and providing outstanding travel management solutions. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements Proficiency in Sales and client relationship management Excellent organizational and event planning skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the luxury travel industry is a plus,
