Job description Position: Mice contracting & operations Experience: 15-20 years Qualification: Any graduate Salary: Open Location: Sion Job type: Work from office Industry preferred: MICE Working days: Monday Saturday (10am 7pm) Job Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for Tour Contracting & Operations (MICE), Attending to, Corporate Queries & work with sales team to close queries, Preparing client proposals, presentations & estimates, Negotiating with transport vendors, hotels, ticketing team, etc. SKILLS: 1. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in MICE industry in domestic / international operations. 2. Negotiation and relationship building skills. 3. Must have experience in handling corporate MICE Groups. 4. Should have a network in travel industry at international MICE destinations (vendors, hoteliers, transporters etc) 5. Coordinating and finalizing with vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project 6. Comfortable to travel with groups.
