Job Description
You will be responsible for managing business development, expansion, and land/property acquisition as per the organization's requirements. It is essential to have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in Real Estate Transactions and Govt Approvals, with multistate experience being an added advantage. Additionally, experience in Construction and Estate management will be beneficial for this role. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring effective negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and a strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry. You will be required to maintain strong relationships with local brokers, consultants, leading IPCs, and landowners. Conducting property valuations, documentation for auditing and reporting purposes, vendor handling, and internal coordination with various teams will also be part of your duties. You should have a Graduate degree in any discipline along with a Degree or Diploma in Management. The ideal candidate would preferably be from IPC, Big broking House, Reputed Builder, or Big Corporate background. Proficiency in MS Office applications, strong adherence to SOPs, and the ability to generate insights for business decisions through property valuations are desirable skills for this role. Your competencies should include excellent communication and presentation skills, being a team player, integrity, result-oriented, and customer-focused. Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to plan, organize, and network effectively, will be crucial for success in this position. Additionally, possessing good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet is essential. Overall, you are expected to demonstrate integrity, ethics, and a strong work ethic while contributing to the growth and success of the organization through your expertise in Real Estate industry knowledge and business development strategies.,
