Company: FX Retina Job Title: Meta Ads Executive Location: Indira Nagar, Lucknow (Onsite) Working Days: Monday to Saturday About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Executive to manage and scale Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for D2C brands and lead generation clients. Youll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive high-quality leads and sales. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for D2C and service-based businesses Track performance metrics like CTR, CPL, ROAS, and optimize accordingly Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and copy Attend client meetings (offline/online) to understand their business objectives, campaign goals, and target audience Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives Requirements: 6 months to 1 year experience in Meta Ads Solid understanding of lead funnels and D2C conversion strategy Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Pixel setup Strong analytical and communication skills Perks: Growth-focused work environment Direct client exposure Opportunity to handle 510 ad accounts independently Email CVs at medhavi@fxretina.agency,
