Job Description
As a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Consultant, you will have the opportunity to engage in a trial assignment for a strategic client meeting with YKG Corp, a company engaged in discussions with a multinational client in the electronics domain. Your role will involve participating in an in-person client meeting where your expertise in M&A transaction structuring, due diligence processes, cross-border acquisition compliances, and strategic deal considerations will be crucial. Your responsibilities will include preparing a brief talking note or discussion framework if needed, maintaining strict client confidentiality, and representing YKG Corp professionally. The desired profile for this role includes candidates with a CA / MBA / LLB qualification and at least 3-8 years of relevant experience in M&A or transaction advisory. Previous experience working with Big 4 firms, boutique advisory firms, or corporate M&A teams is preferred. The compensation for this role includes a flat meeting fee ranging from 5,000 to 7,500, depending on your experience and depth of preparation. This fee covers a 1-hour in-person client meeting and approximately 30-45 minutes of preparatory work. Additionally, if the client engagement materializes, there is a potential for a structured long-term engagement on a retainer or full-time basis.
