Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute merchandise strategies in line with company objectives.

Analyze sales figures, customer trends, and inventory levels to make informed merchandising decisions.

Create visually appealing product displays that attract customers and boost sales.

Collaborate with buying, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure alignment across product availability and promotions.

Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders as needed.

Conduct store visits (or online audits) to ensure merchandising standards are maintained.

Work with vendors and suppliers to coordinate product delivery and manage lead times.

Provide input on pricing, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and merchandising effectiveness.
