Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute merchandise strategies in line with company objectives.

  • Analyze sales figures, customer trends, and inventory levels to make informed merchandising decisions.

  • Create visually appealing product displays that attract customers and boost sales.

  • Collaborate with buying, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure alignment across product availability and promotions.

  • Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders as needed.

  • Conduct store visits (or online audits) to ensure merchandising standards are maintained.

  • Work with vendors and suppliers to coordinate product delivery and manage lead times.

  • Provide input on pricing, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and merchandising effectiveness.
