Buyer Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Logistics Management: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. Data Management: Utilize Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage data, create reports, and present information effectively. Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external clients. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in the handicraft export industry. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
