Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: Address MEP design issues, propose alternative solutions, and facilitate problem-solving. Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals. Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings. Support scoping, budgeting, and justification of MEP change orders. Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the MEP subcontractor. Coordinating and administrating MEP-related materials, systems, and review of shop drawings. Ensure that MEP subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant Quality documentation/records and Project safety regulations. Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment. Attributes: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Practical knowledge of plans, prints, drawings, specifications, and schematics related to the trade. Follow construction procedures and practices. Possess excellent organisational skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, Revit, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, ArcGIS, Google Earth, Navisworks, and similar software.
